Mindquill Bookstore Refund Policy
At MindQuill we aim to provide quality and a seamless shopping experience. However, due to the nature of our business, we have a strict return and refund policy that customers must review before making a purchase.
- No Returns or Refunds for Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or offer refunds if you change your mind about a product. Please ensure you thoroughly review the product descriptions, and other details before placing an order. All sales are final unless a special case applies (see section below).
- Special Cases for Refunds
Refunds will only be considered under the following specific circumstances:
- Faulty or Damaged Products: If the product you receive is defective or damaged.
- Missing Items: If items from your order are missing upon delivery.
For these cases, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will require photographic evidence of the issue (e.g., damaged product or proof of missing items). After receiving the evidence, an investigation will be conducted, and refunds will only be processed if the investigation confirms the issue. This process may take up to 14 business days.
